How To Use

he charcoal deodorant is Step 2 of the takesumi detox^® system for excess odor and sweat protection:

STEP 1: the underarm bar
Lather bar and massage into each underarm in a circular motion for 30 seconds. If you have body hair, ensure the lather reaches the surface of the skin.

STEP 2: charcoal deodorant
Apply a generous layer of the takesumi detox^® charcoal deodorant to clean, dry skin. If you are switching from antiperspirant to natural deodorant, there will be a transition period.

STEP 3: the sweat powder
Apply a generous layer of the sweat powder over top of your deodorant for extra protection against excess perspiration.

Precautions: Discontinue use if irritation develops or persists. Do not use on broken skin. Do not use immediately after shaving. Avoid eye contact or inhalation of the sweat powder product.

Smells so lovely

The cherry blossom scent is so, so lovely. I'm very active and it doesn't hold up that well, but it definitely performs at the level of the best natural deodorants I've ever tried. Also doesn't irritate my skin at all like many others do.

My new go-to deodorant

Couple things to note with this deodorant...

1) It's a deodorant, not an antiperspirant - perspiration is healthy for your body

2) It was a very subtle (good) smell - which personally love, I don't like deodorants with heavy fragrance. I feel like they just are trying to mask mine and the combination (which usually comes) is not good!

3) I recently took a weekend trip (where I was hiking quite a bit) and even without it, I feel like my b.o. was significantly less and more controlled after using this detox daily - yay!

4) Oh, and it's just great overall :)

100% THE BEST

This is 1000000000% the best deodorant. It has the most subtle smell and WORKS! It's pleasant to put on, dries quickly, is so natural, I just feel better knowing that this is under my arms instead of all that synthetic stuff- ick!
