What’s Wren and Wild’s Return Policy?

We absolutely love the products we offer and hope you do, too. But we do understand that it’s not a match every time. We will accept returns of an unopened/unused product within 14 days of purchase. In exchange, you will receive in-store credit via a gift card.

What happens if I’ve opened my product and used it?

At this time we do not accept returns of opened product. We recommend gifting it to a friend!

What is your on-line return policy?

Please call Wren and Wild at 541.480.3252 within 14 days of the purchase date. 

If the product has been unopened/unused we will send you a gift card once we have received the item. You will ship unopened/unused product to 112 NW Minnesota Avenue Bend, Oregon 97703

We are unable to refund shipping costs.

What discounts & promotions do you offer?

From time to time, we offer discounts, unique promotions, and sales. Sign up for our newsletter to be in the know and get the most current information. Don’t let our great deals pass you by!

All sale items are FINAL SALE.

Promotions cannot be applied to past orders. All promotions are while supplies last unless indicated otherwise.

Can I enter multiple discount codes?  

Unfortunately, our system only allows for one promotion at a time. For example, if we have a promotion (which we do occasionally), you cannot use your wild points. You can also not use any other promotional discounts at that time. 

I made a purchase before your sale/promotion and want in on the discount. Can you apply it? 

Unfortunately, promotions, discounts, and sales only apply on the day of the event. To be fair to all of our customers, we will not discount past purchases. 

Are gift cards included in a promotion?

You cannot purchase a gift card at a discounted price; therefore, Wren and Wild will not include gift cards in any of our promotions or sales.

Please note that there may be vendors that Wren and Wild will exclude from specific promotions and sales. Wren and Wild will inform you at the time of the promotion.

Please note that you cannot purchase a discounted spa service, and Wren and Wild will exclude services from promotions and discounts.

Can I apply a discount or promotional code to a spa service? 

To keep our esthetician wages fair and equitable, we cannot provide the same discounts we offer on products on our services. Our estheticians are highly qualified and valued, and to not discount their expertise, we do not offer discounts on their services. 

Will I still receive free shipping during a promotion?

As a small business, we cannot provide free shipping while offering promotional events or discounts. We will clearly state free shipping on our website when we combine free shipping with an event. 

Orders & Shipping

When will my on-line order ship?

Within one business day of ordering. 

Can I change my order or shipping address once I’ve placed it? 

If you’ve ordered incorrectly or entered the wrong shipping address and have not received a shipping confirmation, please call Wren and Wild immediately at 541.480.3252. We will do our best to correct it. However, once you have received the shipping confirmation, Wren and Wild cannot change the order. Once you receive the package, please call Wren and Wild or email info@wrenandwild.com, and we will help you with the return. 

Where do my products ship from? 

All orders are fulfilled, packed and shipped from our store in Bend, OR.

What shipping company do you use? 

Wren and Wild uses USPS & UPS to ship all orders.

Am I able to track my order? 

Once Wren and Wild has shipped your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation and a tracking number to track your package. Please check your spam/junk/promotions email folders if you have received a shipping confirmation within 8 hours. Orders placed after 1:00 pm on Saturday will go out on Monday (or the following business day), and you may see your shipping confirmation on Monday (or the next business day).

What if I’m unable to locate my package?

Once Wren and Wild has shipped your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation and a tracking number to track your package. If you have received a tracking number, your package has left the Wren and Wild store and is now in the hands of the carrier. Once in the hands of the carrier, Wren and Wild is no longer liable for the package. If your package is missing, please immediately contact UPS or USPS with the tracking information. 

What if my package arrived broken or damaged? 

Please email info@wrenandwild.com immediately. Include a photo of the damaged product. We will work to replace any product that is damaged to the point it is unusable. 

What if I received the wrong product or an item is missing? 

Please email info@wrenandwild.com and we will work to remedy the situation and get your correct order out to you. 

How much does shipping cost? 

Shipping on orders under $75 is a flat rate of $10.00. During promotional events we reserve the right to change our free shipping qualifications.

Will I still receive free shipping during a promotion?

As a small business, we cannot provide free shipping while offering promotional events or discounts. We will clearly state free shipping on our website when we combine free shipping with an event. 

Do you ship to PO Boxes? 

Yes! 

Where do you ship? Do you ship internationally? 

We ship within the US including Hawaii & Alaska. At this time we are unable to ship internationally or to Puerto Rico, Canada, Micronesia, Guam, Northern Marina Islands, Palau, or the US Virgin Islands. 

Can I place an order over the phone? 

You are more than welcome to call us at 541.480.3252 and our team would be happy to assist you in placing an order. 

What if a product is back-ordered or out of stock?

If a product is back-ordered or out of stock you will be unable to order it until it is in stock. Our website has a “notify me when” button on each product that is out of stock. Please enter your email and we will email as soon as we have the product back in stock.  

What materials do you use to ship packages?

Sustainable shipping matters to us at Wren and Wild. The boxes we use are 100% recyclable and primarily reused from our vendor’s shipments. Inside the boxes we use biodegradable packing peanuts made from starches that dissolve in water. If paper products are used in the packaging they have been reused from vendor’s shipments.

What forms of payment do you accept? 

We accept all major credit cards and ApplePay. 

Wild Points

How do I redeem my Wild Points?

When shopping in-store, tell your sales associate you want to use your points at checkout. If you are shopping online, log in to your account before you shop. At checkout, you can use your points as long as we are not having a promotion or sale. 

**During a Wren and Wild promotion or sale, customers are unable to use their Wild Points

Do Wild Points expire?

We hope that you redeem your Wild Points regularly. All unredeemed Wild Points will expire when a program member has not engaged in Wild Point activity associated with that membership account (through purchase or redemption) for six months or more. If you have questions regarding the date of your last Wild Point activity or purchase, check your account history by logging into your account at wrenandwild.com. If you feel your Wild Points have expired in error, please email Customer Service at info@wrenandwild.com for assistance.

Are Wild Points Transferable?

Wild Points are non-transferable and Wild Point purchases must be made by the member.

What happens to my points if I make a return?

Wild Points will be deducted from your account if a product is returned. 

Where do I find my Wild Points account information? 

Simply login to your account on our website to access your order history and rewards. 

** Wren & Wild may, in its sole discretion, alter, limit, or modify the the Wild Points Program rules, regulations, benefits, rewards, eligibility for membership, or any other feature of the program or may terminate the program any time at its sole discretion, by posting any such changes on the Wren & Wild website. YOUR CONTINUED PARTICIPATION IN THE PROGRAM FOLLOWING SUCH CHANGES CONSTITUTES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THE CHANGES. 

Can I use my Wild Points to book a service? 

Wild Points can ONLY be used on product purchases and cannot be used to book a facial or spa service. 

Can I use my Wild Points while you are having a sale or promotion? 

Because we love our customers, we often offer discounts and promotions. During this time, customers are unable to use their Wild Points. You will, however, receive Wild Points for your promotional or sale purchase that you can apply to your next purchase. 

In Store Shopping

Do you charge for shopping bags?

We do our best to be a green shopping experience so we first encourage our guests to bring their own bag. If you do choose to have your goodies bagged with tissue we will happily do so for a $2 charge.

What is your cancellation policy?

Customer's appointments and convenience are of high importance to us. We realize that, at times, unexpected circumstances may require schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel an appointment, we respectfully require you to provide at least 24 hours notice.

A cancellation or request to reschedule made less than 24 hours in advance will invoke a cancellation fee. At this time, we can only refund appointments canceled at least 24 hours in advance. 

Should you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, we cannot guarantee that we will provide the service. You will incur the same cancellation fee if we cannot accommodate you. We will reschedule your appointment for another time that suits you.

In case of a true, unforeseen, and unavoidable emergency, you will invoke a cancellation fee. However, we will reschedule your appointment for another time that suits you.

What is your tipping policy? 

At Wren & Wild, we are committed to elevating industry standards at every level to continually enhance your overall client experience. Regarding the services we offer, we are committed to transparent pricing by eliminating the tipping structure and becoming a gratuity-free beauty boutique and spa. A gratuity-free environment creates fair compensation for our talented and valued estheticians and more equitable working conditions. As a customer, you can feel confident knowing the service price is reasonable and consistent, and you can enjoy a more relaxed and stress-free visit. 

Can I book a same-day service? 

Currently, we cannot accommodate same-day service when you book online. If availability allows, we can offer same-day bookings by calling the store at 541.480.3252.
