What’s Wren and Wild’s Return Policy?
We absolutely love the products we offer and hope you do too. But we do understand that not every time it’s a match. We will accept returns of an unopened/unused product within 14 days of the purchase date. In exchange you will receive in-store credit via a gift card.
What happens if I’ve opened my product and used it?
At this time we do not accept returns of opened product. We recommend gifting it to a friend!
What is your on-line return policy?
Please call Wren and Wild at 541.480.3252 within 14 days of the purchase date.
If the product has been unopened/unused we will send you a gift card once we have received the item.

We are unable to refund shipping costs.
Discounts & Promotions
Can I enter multiple discount codes?
Unfortunately, our system only allows for one promotion at a time. For example, if we have a promotion going on (which we do from time to time) you will not be able to use your wild points. You will also be unable to use any other promotional discounts at that time.
What discounts & promotions do you offer?
From time to time we offer discounts, amazing promotions and sales. To be in the know and get the most current information be sure to sign up for our newsletter. Don’t let our great deals pass you by!

Promotions are for a limited time and cannot be applied to past orders.
I made a purchase prior to sale and want in on the discount. Can you apply it?
Unfortunately, promotions, discounts and sales only apply the day of the event. We will not discount past purchases to be fair to all of our customers.
Are gift cards included in a promotion?
Gift cards are excluded from all promotions and sales. Please note that there may be vendors that will be excluded from certain promotions and sales. Wren and Wild will inform you at the time of the discount.
Will I still receive free shipping during a promotion?
You will receive free shipping if your order is over $75. If a discount code takes your order below $75 free shipping will no longer apply.
Orders & Shipping
When will my on-line order ship?
Within one business day of ordering.
Can I change my order or shipping address once I’ve placed it?
If you’ve ordered incorrectly or entered the wrong shipping address and you have not yet received a shipping confirmation please call Wren and Wild immediately 541.480.3252. We will do our best to make the correction. However, once you have received the shipping confirmation there are no changes that can be made to the order. Once you receive the package please call Wren and Wild or email info@wrenandwild.com and we will help you with the return.
Where do my products ship from?
All orders are fulfilled, packed and shipped from our store in Bend, OR.
What shipping company do you use?
Wren and Wild uses USPS & UPS to ship all orders.
Am I able to track my order?
Once your order has been shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation that you will be able to track your package from. Please do check your spam/junk/promotions email folders if you have received a shipping confirmation within 8 hours. Orders placed after 1:00pm on Saturday will go out on Monday (or the following business day) and you may not see your shipping confirmation until Monday (or the following business day).
What if I’m unable to locate my package?
If your package is missing please email info@wrenandwild immediately and we will assist you in locating your products.
What if my package arrived broken or damaged?
Please email info@wrenandwild.com immediately. Include a photo of the damaged product. We will work to replace any product that is damaged to the point it is unusable.
What if I received the wrong product or an item is missing?
Please email info@wrenandwild.com and we will work to remedy the situation and get your correct order out to you.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping on orders under $75 is a flat rate of $10.00
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
Yes!
Where do you ship? Do you ship internationally?
We ship within the US including Hawaii & Alaska. At this time we are unable to ship internationally or to Puerto Rico, Canada, Micronesia, Guam, Northern Marina Islands, Palau, or the US Virgin Islands.
Can I place an order over the phone?
You are more than welcome to call us at 541.480.3252 and our team would be happy to assist you in placing an order.
What if a product is back-ordered or out of stock?
If a product is back-ordered or out of stock you will be unable to order it until it is in stock. Our website has a “notify me when” button on each product that is out of stock. Please enter your email and we will email as soon as we have the product back in stock.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and ApplePay.
Wild Points
How do I redeem my Wild Points?
In store, simply mention to your sales associate that you want to use your points. If you are on-line, login to your account before you shop. At checkout you will have the option of using your points so long as we not in a promotion.
Do Wild Points expire?
Yes, after six months of inactivity points will expire. You will receive an email reminding you it’s time to use your points.
What happens to my points if I make a return?
All points will be deducted from your account if a product is returned.
Where do I find my Wild Points account information?
Simply login to your account on our website to access your order history and rewards.
