How do I earn points?
To earn and use Wild Beauty Points, you must have signed up as a rewards member. To begin earning, click the Wild Points button at the bottom of the Wren and Wild home page.
How do I redeem my Wild Points?
In-store, mention to your sales associate at checkout that you want to use your points. If you are shopping online, log in to your account before you shop. At checkout you will have the option of using your points so long as we are not in a promotion.
Do Wild Points expire?
We hope that you redeem your Wild Points regularly. All unredeemed Wild Points will expire when a program member has not engaged in Wild Point activity associated with that membership account (through purchase or redemption) for 6 months or more. If you have questions regarding the date of your last Wild Point activity or purchase, check your account history by logging into your account at wrenandwild.com. If you feel Beauty Insider Points have expired in error, please email Customer Service at info@wrenandwild.com for assistance.
Are Wild Points Transferable?
Wild Points are non-transferable and Wild Point purchases must be made by the member.
What happens to my points if I make a return?
Points will be deducted from your account if a product is returned.
Where do I find my Wild Points account information?
Log in to your account by clicking the green Wild Points button on the bottom of the home page on our website to access your order history and rewards.
** Wren and Wild may, in its sole discretion, alter, limit, or modify the the Wild Points Program rules, regulations, benefits, rewards, eligibility for membership, or any other feature of the program or may terminate the program any time at its sole discretion, by posting any such changes on the Wren and Wild website. YOUR CONTINUED PARTICIPATION IN THE PROGRAM FOLLOWING SUCH CHANGES CONSTITUTES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THE CHANGES.
