How to Use
- Gently massage onto clean dry skin 2-3 times a week until absorbed.
- Note: Please patch test on a small area of skin before use. A slight tingling sensation may be experienced for the first few applications. If you experience skin irritation or prolonged stinging, stop using the product and consult your physician. Sunburn risk: This product contains an alpha hydroxy acid (AHA) and beta hydroxy acid (BHA) that may increase your skin's sensitivity to the sun and particularly the possibility of sunburn. Please use a sunscreen, wear protective clothing, and limit sun exposure while using this product and for a week afterwards.
Key Ingredients
AHA (glycolic and malic fruit acids)
These water-soluble acids, extracted from sugar cane and other sugary fruits, encourage skin cell turnover by breaking down bonds between dead skin cells on the skin’s surface to reveal a smooth and radiant appearance.
BHA (salicylic acid)
This oil-soluble acid encourages the turnover of new skin cells by breaking down dead skin cells on the surface and penetrates deeper into pores to gently remove impurities and even skin texture. Its known anti-inflammatory properties help to reduce redness, making BHA ideal for sensitive skin.
Upcycled pumpkin enzymes
Sustainably sourced from pumpkin peel and flesh discarded by the food industry in Europe, the macerated pulp is fermented using probiotic bacteria, filtered, and the fruit enzymes isolated to increase their stability and efficacy. This process provides further gentle exfoliation by breaking down bonds between dead skin cells on the skin’s surface while maintaining the skin’s natural moisture barrier.
Albatrellus confluens (mushroom) extract
An edible mushroom originally native to Finland, Albatrellus confluens extract is known to have a profound soothing effect on the skin by helping to interrupt the irritation cascade that drives signs of sensitivity. Its ability to reduce the appearance of redness and calm irritation helps counteract any potential sensitising effects of AHA.
