Getting some Zzzz's

I purchased the small sachets so I could give it a try. By using my Oura tracker, I'm getting deeper sleep at night using the Magnesi-om. Excited to purchase the larger size!

Just the best

I am on my second jar because it has proven to be that good. I have used Calm, body sprays, and magnesium supplements. This is my favorite way to get this very important mineral in my daily routine. I also love that it includes L-theanine

Perfect before bed

I take Magnesi-om every night before bed. I used to have trouble falling asleep, but taking this before bed has solved that problem! Helps relax muscles and also wipe away stressors from the day. And tastes amazing too!
