How to Use
Apply directly to bare nails, with no Base Coat or Top Coat, and allow to air dry.
Its mattifying finish is buildable:
1 coat for a subtle mattifying blurred finish
2 coats for an even, soft-focus finish
3 coats for a powdery pink finish
