This cleanly formulated (carbon black free) soft tip gel eyeliner glides effortlessly and allows an easy blend out before it sets. Once set, it stays. Saturated and water resistant, this formula has the precision of a gel with the ease of a pencil. Perfection!

Glide across lash line effortlessly. Blend out quickly to achieve a diffused, smokey look or leave as is for a defined, bold look.
After using, press cap in place to ensure it is air tight. Sharpen liner when needed using sharpener on the end.
Finish with a coat or two of ILIA Mascara for longer, lifted lashes that tie everything together.
For a softer look, blend out with your ring finger immediately after applying. The liner is budge proof once set.

I went with this gel liner so I could ditch the eyeliner pencil sharpener. I haven't looked back. Application is smooth and easy, and you can still achieve a really nice, clean thin line. I wear this every day.
