Great liner for lip gloss

I purchased this along with the Ilia Balmy Gloss Tinted Lip Oil - Tahiti and they are a match made in heaven. This liner has a great brush to really help blend in the color.

Great under a gloss

This applies more like a lipstick than a dry pencil. I bought the nude color which on me is bringing out a bit of pink tones under neutral shades of lipstick. I’m very happy with it.
